Rather than trying to push the doubting thoughts completely out of your head, acknowledge that they have arisen and write down exactly what they are saying! This way you have a list of things your mind is shouting at you when you think about starting your own business. NEXT- Think about what it says and ask yourself does it come from a lack of experience? a lack of support? Lack of knowledge about what you are trying to build?etc. What is the REASON for these doubts and negative thoughts?
Work on your consciousness towards the voice in your head. Once you are aware of what it is saying, you can work backwards and identify the underlying cause!

oh ma gerddddd, I cannot count HOW many months I spent on this business trying to make sure EVERY single thing was done by the book! and it did NOT make me successful nor get people engaged!
I was focusing SO hard on trying to make sure that my marketing was looking the right way, my tone in my posts was right, my videos were 4k quality.... does anyone care, really??
Hence my slack approach these days! I take the MASSIVE ACTION needed to propel myself forwards, build my brand and ensure my empire is growing and this is what I want YOU to focus on!
